Current Students
If you are having problems accessing MyCareerHub you can either call the BU IT Helpdesk on 01202 965515, or email servicedesk@bournemouth.ac.uk

Recent BU Graduates/Alumni (up to 3 years from when your course ends )
Your BU Email account is still active for 3 years from when your course ended, and so you can continue to access MyCareerHub with your BU username and password just as you were doing as a current student.

If you have any issues with logging onto the system with your BU credentials then please contact the IT Service Desk.

Careers Support beyond 3 Years
While MyCareerHub is only available to recent graduates (up to three years from when your course ends), you can still access lifetime careers support for FREE from our careers advisor team via 1:1 appointments. Just email careers@bournemouth.ac.uk to request either a face to face, virtual or telephone appointment.
